We are experienced landscaping builders specialising in decks. Our focus is on producing spectacular decking solutions for our clients that can be enjoyed for generations. Longevity of the structure is key and so the materials we use, including H5 treated piles and stainless steel fixings, are the best available, and together with our highly skilled workmanship a quality product is guaranteed.

Cooperation

We work in with our clients at whatever level of construction best suits the overall project and manage the entire deck construction component from start to finish. Regular updates are produced so that the client (or client’s project manager) can accurately track completion progress.

Availability

We have several building teams and can offer our clients flexibility when required to commence a new project at short notice. Our aim is to engage and undertake the work swiftly and efficiently. We do not leave a site until the project is completed.

Attention To Detail

We have exceptionally high standards that our tradesmen are trained to work to most especially attention to the small details. Every job is fully documented at each stage of construction so that nothing is missed. We take the little things seriously.

Fixed Price

We provide a comprehensive quotation for every contract job and the price won’t change unless alterations are made to the original plan by the client. Any changes that affect the project timeline and pricing are discussed with the client and agreed in writing.

Guarantee

We provide formal, written assurances concerning all aspects of our workmanship and our decks comply with council regulations and code of compliance. As founder and owner of Mt Grey Building Limited and The Decking Guys, I maintain a “no compromise” quality work ethic with all my tradesmen and fully stand behind our workmanship.
